Cayse is the 5-year-old son of Bradley and Jennifer Blair. He has been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. All proceeds from the tournament will go towards medical bills and Cayse’s ongoing care. Please join us to support this brave young boy and his family.
